Charles Bukowski vs Cavana on a French tv show in the 80's
This is Bernard Pivot's public tv show (if you watch Inside the Actor's studio with James Lipton, the "questionnaire" was created by Bernard Pivot but greatly inspired by writer Marcel Proust.) where Charles Bukowski was drunk and wouldn't shup while other writers would talk and debate about Antonin Artaud, so Bukowski is not shutting up and Cavana, the guy with the big mustache, is saying at some point "Bukowski shut up, you are bothering us, I am trying to listen and to comment on something but you just keep talking and talking", then Buk keeps going on so Cavana says "Bukowski, shut up or I'll punch you in the face", this won't stop Buksowki much anyway, he was very drunk of course...
Quite sad...
In another of this show, Bukowski was so drunk he left the show...if I recall...
